We value our customers and promise to dedicate our time and resources to creating special art for your homes. We strive to help make this experience easy and fun, assisting in solutions when needed.

bY PURCHASING A PRODUCT THROUGH OLEANDER NOOK, YOU AGREE TO

  • I understand the condition me flowers arrive in is at no fault to the artist. Replacement blooms can be purchased at an added cost by client and sourced out by artist if need arises. 
  • I understand that the cost of overnighting my flowers to Oleander Nook is my responsibility and that this could cost anywhere from $30-$300, please keep shipping cost in mind when booking.
  • I understand that the preservation process takes time, sometimes several months. 
  • I understand my flowers may change color in the preservation process.
  • I understand that pieces included in the shipping of my flowers (invitation, photos, programs, obituaries, etc) will be placed into an envelope then taped to the lid of the box, and clarified with the artist prior to shipping, to ensure they are safely kept and not accidentally tossed upon arrival.
  • I understand that there are no refunds before or after purchasing.
  • I understand that Oleander Nook can't be held responsible for lost or damaged packages.
  • I understand that the address I supply for shipping my piece is accurate, unless further stated during the final framing and shipping.
  • I understand that I am allotted two design changes on my piece, before an added charge of $25 per change is administered.
  • I understand that the color of my flowers may fade over time and through the years.
  • I understand the should I choose a resin piece, that resin will have some yellowing over time and should stay out of direct sunlight. 
  • I understand that the final design of my piece may shift slightly from the approved design, as it's transferred from design mat to glass/pexiglass. 
  • I understand that not all flower types can be pressed, or silica preserved or will make it into the final frame.
  • I understand that depending on project size purchased, only a certain number of flowers can fit into the frame.
  • I understand that extra flowers will only be sent back for an addition $30 fee.

Refunds and exchanges

  • I understand that the deposit is non-refundable 24 hours after placing an order.
  • We do not offer returns or exchanges as this piece is a custom product, approved by the client.
  • If the piece arrives damaged or broken, we will open a case with the post office to collect insurance money and fix the mistake. We can arrange for shipment back to Oleander Nook at the client's cost, to later be reimbursed. Insurance money will be used for new framing, packaging and shipment back to you.
  • If you book with Oleander Nook to preserve your flowers, you're promising to have already calculated overnight shipping cost prior to booking.
