Preservation Process
1. Choose Your Items & Check Out
- Browse our shop and pick out your products
- Continue to check out once items have been selected
2. DROP OFF OR SHIP
- When your flower shipment date arrives, follow my Shipping Instructions to ensure your flowers arrive to us in their best condition!
- We do accept local drop-offs for special events located in or near Oakville, WA! Email us to see if your date is available for a drop off!

3. Let us handle the rest!
- When we receive your flowers, we will begin our drying process to make sure your flowers look as fresh as possible
- Once your flowers have been appropriately dried, we will design your products to compliment the style of your bouquet and begin our design process.
- Our current product return time is 4-6 months from the date we receive your flowers.
4. When will you hear from us?
- We receive your flowers: To inform you that we have received your flowers, display everything found in the box (bouquets, Boutonniere, invitations, etc.) and to also show you the condition the flowers arrived in.
- When we have designed your larger products: For design approval. You can typically expect this email within 1-2 months after we have received your flowers.
- When your products are about to be shipped: To confirm the address we have on file prior to shipping the order. We will not ship your order until the address is confirmed.
